Every piece is crafted by hand. Variations in color, distressing, stitching, and fit are natural and intentional. These differences are part of the artistry and individuality of each garment. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your item may differ slightly from photos.

All items are made to order.
Please allow up to 14 days for your piece to be crafted before shipping.
Production times may vary during high‑volume periods.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Because each piece is handmade and often customized, all sales are final.

However, customer satisfaction and fit are important.
If your item arrives and the fit is not quite right, you may request an adjustment return. This is not an automatic return — it requires approval.

Adjustment Return Conditions:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must describe the fit issue and provide photos if requested.
• If approved, you may return the item for adjustments only (not a refund or exchange).
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
• Adjustments are limited to fit‑related alterations and do not include redesigns or new customizations.

We reserve the right to approve or decline adjustment requests based on the condition of the item and the nature of the alteration.

All payments must be completed at checkout.
We do not store or have access to your payment information.
