How do I measure myself for custom items?
Custom fit jeanswear in all sizes from petite to plus size.
There is a method to my madness. Please play along and grab a measuring tape. I happen to know that we are all different in our proportions, and for this, I measure and adjust the fit so that your jeans . are perfect . for you.
With that said, I will need you to measure:
Waist . Around your waist at the waistband.
Hips . Around your hips at the fullest part of your buttocks.
Inseam . From the crotch of your pants, down the inside seam, to the bottom of the pant leg.
Rise . From the crotch of the jeans up to the top of the waistband, over the zipper.
In special cases I may also need a measurement from your thigh or ankle. If so, I will be sure to include this detail in an email when we discuss fit.
Please do not forget to include the size from your size tag as well.
I am happy to alter any of the designs to fit your asthetic. Please include details such as flares, bootcut, skinny, light or dark denim, stretch, non stretch denim, less bleach, more bleach, different colors, etc. when sending size email.
For custom dresses or tops, please include size and measurements.

Click recalculate and continue to payment page. You may add size, measurements, and details to the notes area on your payment, or email me separately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am happy to discuss a payment arrangement for orders over $300. I will accept half of the payment down to reserve a spot on my schedule and assure that production on your items will begin in a timely order. The balance plus shipping charges to be paid before I ship. Please allow up to 14 days from payment before shipping of all custom items.
If you need to cancel an order, please email me promptly. Your down payment, less 25% will be refunded on all cancelled orders. The 25% to cover time and materials.
I ship using Priority Mail in the U.S. Please allow up to 14 days from payment before shipping of custom items, and an additional 3 or 4 days via Priority Mail.
Ready to ship items will ship immediately after payment has been received.
I ship items out of the U.S. using first class air mail. Please allow up to 14 days from payment before shipping of custom items, and an additional 7 to 14 days via air mail.
I am happy to upgrade shipping to FedEx. There will be an additional charge. Please email me for upgraded rates.
I will include tracking for customers in the U.S. via confirmation number. I can track items Internationally through my post office for an additional charge. Please email me for details.
*I do not give refunds for packages lost by the post office. I will work with you though to recover items.

Refunds and Exchanges
I do not issue refunds on custom or sale items. Please be sure to send accurate measurements, size, and details when ordering. Please check measurements on sale items before purchasing.
I will consider an exchange in special circumstances. For instance, I may need to adjust the fit. In this case, I will be happy to exchange a custom item. If so, you will need to return the item, resend size, measurements, and details, and issue another shipping charge.
Alterations to the style and fit may, or may not, be included in the price. Each instance is different. I am happy to discuss the specifics with you before beginning work on your item or items.
