WAIST- measured at the waistband.
HIPS- measured around fullest part of buttocks.
RISE- measured from crotch of jeans, up to the top of the wasitband, over the zipper.
INSEAM- measured from crotch of jeans, down the inside seam, to the bottom of the pant leg.
ANKLE- measured around at ankle.
